SHIPPING
Please be sure to check the description to see if an item has a wait time for production. Please be aware of what a pre-order is before participating in one and read item descriptions carefully. It is the buyer's responsibility to read store descriptions, inform themselves of wait times and know what they are getting and when.
However, you will get a shipping notification in the mail when your order is ready either from paypal/usps or a personal email from me. Please check for these before inquiring on an order’s status. If your order hasn’t arrived/you have been waiting weeks beyond your expected ship date with no notification please contact me so I can help you.
If you need to exchange an item that you have received (and I understand it happens) you must message me within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are on a case by case basis, and you must discuss the circumstance with me.
I am not responsible for items lost/stolen in the mail, I cannot replace items that were mishandled, improperly washed or otherwise damaged by the buyer.
